Our tool: the computer
Our tools consist of the most modern software and CAx technology, our solution competence is based upon many years of project experience. TESIS produces sophisticated CAx products and a cross-platform EDP service. We create structures and solutions for modern and effective IT architecture, giving our customers the competitive edge in their daily business.

Evolution means gradual, progressive development. Consequently,
cevolution is the TESIS principle for constant progress in data processing. Our goal in this is the harmonious union of existing sequences of operations with trend-setting technology - because our goal is not revolution, but an optimal result. Ahead of Reality with Simulation.

TESIS DYNAware. The independent team of experts for the real-time simulation of the virtual vehicle. From the internal-combustion engine to the drive dynamics – individually or as a complete system.

Our products provide you with the appropriate simulation models to test your controls or components in a virtual vehicle under conditions that are very close to reality, either offline or online in real time on the HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test bed.
No matter whether it is a city car, Formula One racecar, tractor with trailer, internal-combustion engine, ABS hydraulics – many models are already available or can be added individually.

A Competent Partner
We offer engineering experience and program technology at an advanced and forward-looking level. We use the functionality of block-orientated programming under MATLAB/SIMULINK® and the possibility for code generation. This allows you to design your development process securely and efficiently. Our products support the expert with open interfaces and modular libraries; in addition, they facilitate the user operation by means of graphic, self-explanatory surfaces.

ve-DYNA® – Vehicle Dynamics Analysis

ve-DYNA® provides you with configurable simulation models for the dynamic, non-linear calculation of the vehicle behavior and handling characteristics. Choose the suitable configuration (passenger car, truck, trailer) and level of complexity (light, standard, advanced) appropriate to your problem from our range of products, e.g. for an examination of the drive stability or vertical dynamics. You are developing your control algorithms or components and will then be testing them, offline at first and later online on the HIL test bed – with the same ve-DYNA® vehicle type and the same user surface.
With the touch of a button you can analyze the suspension kinematics, perform complex driving maneuvers or let the virtual driver drive the vehicle independently on your digital test track. This eliminates the need for expensive and very risky drive tests and makes you independent of the weather conditions. You can run entire test series or optimization and identification mechanisms automatically and without supervision.

en-DYNA® – Engine Dynamics Analysis
With the SIMULINK® program library en-DYNA® you can generate engine dynamics models with real-time capability. The engine combustion torque is calculated individually and synchronous to the crank angle for each cylinder via semi-physical models. You are thus also able to test engine ECUs of the latest generation (OBD-II) on the HIL test bed. Extensive pre-processing routines adapt your measured values for common engine construction types and combustion processes.

Complete Lab Vehicle Simulation
Combine ve-DYNA® and en-DYNA® to create a complete lab vehicle as a testing environment for networked control devices. With a few mouse clicks, you can distribute the computing load to several processors and add modules from our product range to the SIMULINK® program which process the control units’ signals, e.g. for ABS hydraulics, active chassis components or detailed transmission models. The TESIS DYNAware would also be pleased to take on the job of developing additional model components for you.


The Automation in the Computer Center.

Our foremost objective is to design the IT procedures in the computer centers in a more reliable, efficient and secure manner. The optimal combination of proven standards with new technologies is of great importance to us. The challenge here lies in the successful integration of the various environments, starting with the OS/390 mainframes and continuing with the Windows families and the different Unix systems all the way to the internet and intranet.

Central User Administration
We are supporting the administration of all computer authorizations throughout the entire enterprise by means of the Central User Administration (ZUV). This encompasses the administration of authorizations both on the mainframe (TSO, CICS®, IMS®, TPX) and in Windows®, Unix®, and VMS®, up to and including applications such as Oracle® and Lotus®. The application and notification procedure for the computer authorizations is automated to a large extent through intranet and e-mail and organized on an entirely paperless basis. Response times are significantly reduced with the use of the ZUV, accompanied by a simultaneous cost reduction.

Single-Sign-On System (SSO)
The TESIS/SSO system serves as a tool for the automatic password matching between different computer platforms (OS/390, Windows, Unix etc.) and applications (Lotus, Oracle etc.). Originating from a central security server, in most cases a OS/390 computer, the reliable and secure distribution of the changed passwords to other systems is ensured.

Authentication via TSS or RACF®
We are providing for the security of your intranet applications with our authentication package. We use the OS/390 mainframe with its high standard of security as the central authentication server for this purpose. A software library facilitates the TSS/RACF authentication either on the web server (Netscape®, Oracle web server, MSIIS etc.) or in proprietary applications developed in-house. This significantly reduces the administration expenses and, at the same time, increases the security of the applications.

Standard parts

Our product "I-PARTsolutions" is leading the way for making the use of standard parts efficient in 3D product development with I-deas, and it can be integrated with SAP R/3 and other ERP or PDM systems.

 

CAD and CAE projects

Not only do we talk about product development but we actually have completed a large number of projects in 3D design and analysis. Our engineers are highly competent and know how to use today's tools very well.
