Simulation of fluctuating moments during a cycle has been improved:
New modules for simulation of pump and compression moments and the moment of intertia of oscillating masses. Just as with combustion moment calculation, calculation is in this case synchronised with the crankshaft angle. Thereby, simulated moment characteristics during a cycle are displayed even more realistically than before.

A new module „Driver“ with the following functions is now included:
Speed control unit
automatic gear change
automatic clutch operation
This module can be used to test the motor control unit in driving cycles (e.g. FTP75).

Stopping the motor is now possible and numerically stable
Using special algorithms, stopping of the motor up until the point of standstill without oscillation is now possible.

The handling of Simulink models has been improved:
Symbols on the modules facilitates the overview of your model.
Different libraries for motor and drive train allow for clear structuring of your models.
The exemplary model included in the delivery has been extended, so that its adjustment in accordance with your requirements is possible within a few minutes.

The calculation time has been optimised by reworking of the algorithms.

The documentation has been considerably expanded and improved.
