Magna Steyr: Model-based development of the integrated vehicle dynamics control

The increasing number of vehicle dynamics control systems in modern vehicles requires a fully integrated concept, which considers the different controller functions and adjusts them with respect to each other.

Magna Steyr employs veDYNA for function development and controller parameterization of the integrated vehicle dynamics control (global chassis control). Due to the high accuracy of our models for vehicle and driver, the pre-optimization of the control system is already performed in the computer. Only the fine-tuning must be completed during the field tests.
